Ingredients

  • 6 oz White Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Tbs Coconut Oil
  • ¼ cup Mini Marshmallows
  • ¾ cup Hot Chocolate Mix
  • 3 tbs Festive Sprinkles
  • 1 6 cavity Heart Silicon Mold

Instructions

  • tart by melting the white chocolate chips and coconut oil until smooth. If you want two colors, this is the time to split the chocolate into two bowls and color one.
  • Spoon melted chocolate to fill ⅓ of each cavity. Then spread the chocolate around with a spoon or brush to make an even coating around the sides. Chill in freezer for 5 minutes, remove from the freezer to touch up any spots that seem thin, then re chill for another 5 minutes.
  • Fill each cavity with mini marshmallows, hot chocolate mix and a few sprinkles. Don’t fill completely to the top but just right below leaving a bit of chocolate exposed.
  • To cap the bombs off, spread melted chocolate across the tops making sure to seal it all together.
  • Refreeze for another 10 minutes and then demold each bomb onto a rack or parchment paper for decorating.
  • Drizzle with extra chocolate and quickly top with sprinkles. Return to the freezer for 5 minutes and then enjoy. To make hot chocolate, fill a cup with warm 8-10 oz of warm milk and plop in a cocoa bomb and stir.
