One Pan Asian Beef and Noodles Recipe

This easy recipe comes together with a minimum of 4 ingredients. It's fast, easy and tasty!

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Steak cut into strips
  • 1 cup Snow Peas
  • 10 oz Brown Rice Noodles or Spaghetti Noodles

Homemade Stir Fry Sauce (may use store bought)

  • 2 tbs Sesame Oil
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • 3 tbs Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tbs Honey or Brown Sugar
  • ½ tsp Ground Ginger
  • 3 Cloves Garlic minced
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp Pepper
  • Optional Garnish: Sesame Seeds Green Onions, Peanuts

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F and line a raised edge baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Cook noodles aldente according to box directions, drain and fill baking dish. Then add the snow peas and strips of steak.
  • Whisk together the sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, ginger, garlic and pepper in a small bowl and pour on top of the steak.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes, covered. When steak is done, stir around to combine and garnish with sesame seeds, peanuts and green onions and enjoy warm. Steak is done when internal temperature reaches 165F.
  • Can be kept in an air tight container and stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days
