Preheat oven to 350 F and line a raised edge baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Cook noodles aldente according to box directions, drain and fill baking dish. Then add the snow peas and strips of steak.
Whisk together the sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, ginger, garlic and pepper in a small bowl and pour on top of the steak.
Bake for 18-20 minutes, covered. When steak is done, stir around to combine and garnish with sesame seeds, peanuts and green onions and enjoy warm. Steak is done when internal temperature reaches 165F.
Can be kept in an air tight container and stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days
