No Yeast Pizza Dough - 2 Ingredient Pizza Crust Recipe

This no yeast pizza dough is the easiest pizza crust ever! Just 2 ingredients minimum, but I also added a hidden veggie in this recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups Self-Rising Flour
  • cup Cauliflower grated
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • ½ cup Marinara
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • ½ cup Mini Pepperonis
  • Optional: ½ cup Green Bell Pepper chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with parchment or non-stick cooking spray.
  • Mix together the flour, yogurt and grated cauliflower by hand or electric mixer until a dough is formed. If dough seems a little dry add tablespoons of water or if wet, add tablespoons of flour.
  • Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and roll or pat out into a ¼” thick slab.
  • Cut dough disks out with a 4” large, circular cookie cutter to create the mini pizza doughs.
  • Top with marinara, cheese and toppings, then bake for 13-15 minutes. Serve warm.

Notes

Can be kept in an air tight container, in the fridge, up to 4 days
Baked dough disks can be frozen up to three months
Reheat by microwave or bake in oven at 350F for 10 minutes.
