Quinoa Breakfast Bowls

Ingredients

  • 1 c. Quinoa
  • 2 c. Almond milk
  • 1 tbs. peanut butter optional
  • 1 tbs. maple syrup to taste

Instructions

  • In a medium size sauce pan, add quinoa, almond milk, peanut butter, and maple syrup
  • Simmer in medium heat for 15 minutes or until quinoa is cooked
  • Add more almond milk if you'd like a thinner consistency
