Ingredients
1lbthin sliced sirloin steak pieces
1bottle teriyaki marinade
¼cupsliced green onion
2cupsfresh mixed vegetablessuch as mushrooms, onion, bell pepper, carrots, zucchini
1cupmayo
1tablespoonhoney
1tablespoontomato paste
1tablespoonrice wine vinegarmay sub white vinegar or apple cider vinegar
1teaspoongarlic powder
Optional Garnish: sesame seedsgreen onion
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the beef, vegetables and marinade and let marinate for 25 minutes in fridge.
Meanwhile, whisk together the mayo, garlic powder, tomato paste, honey and rice wine vinegar. Once combined, refrigerate until just before serving.
Once the marinating is complete, heat a large skillet, griddle or cook top. Cook marinated beef and vegetables for about 8-10 minutes, giving them a stir occasionally. (discard any remaining marinade not cooked to keep from cross contaminating.)
Garnish if desired and serve hot with yum yum sauce and rice.
