Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole Recipe
This is a family friendly take on chicken cordon bleu is baked not fried and is paired with pasta

- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 12 ounces rotisserie chicken shredded
- 6 slices swiss cheese
- 8 ounces sliced ham chopped
- 1 ½ cup broccoli florets chopped
- 12 ounces sour cream
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 10 ounces cream of chicken
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs
- ⅓ cup parmesan cheese shredded
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and prepare a casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Cook noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
Layer prepared casserole dish with shredded chicken and then with swiss cheese slices.
Next sprinkle on chopped ham and broccoli florets.
Then add cooked and drained noodles atop.
In a small bowl combine the cream of chicken, sour cream and Dijon mustard. Then spread across the top of all layers in the casserole dish.
Top with parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs, then bake for 15-20 minutes or until breadcrumbs become toasted. Serve warm.
