Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole Recipe

This is a family friendly take on chicken cordon bleu is baked not fried and is paired with pasta

  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 12 ounces rotisserie chicken shredded
  • 6 slices swiss cheese
  • 8 ounces sliced ham chopped
  • 1 ½ cup broccoli florets chopped
  • 12 ounces sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 10 ounces cream of chicken
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • cup parmesan cheese shredded


  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and prepare a casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Cook noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
  • Layer prepared casserole dish with shredded chicken and then with swiss cheese slices.
  • Next sprinkle on chopped ham and broccoli florets.
  • Then add cooked and drained noodles atop.
  • In a small bowl combine the cream of chicken, sour cream and Dijon mustard. Then spread across the top of all layers in the casserole dish.
  • Top with parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs, then bake for 15-20 minutes or until breadcrumbs become toasted. Serve warm.
