½cupBread Crumbs or Panko
114.75oz Can of Salmon, drained
¼cupGreen Bell Pepper
¼cupRed Bell Pepper
¼cupPlain Greek Yogurt
1Large Eggbeaten
1tbsWorcestershire
1tspOld Bay Seasoning
1tbsButter
1tbsOlive Oil
Instructions
Combine bread crumbs, salmon, bell peppers, yogurt, egg, Worcestershire and Old Bay Seasoning until well combined.
Scoop salmon batter mixture evenly and pat flat to shape the patties.
Heat butter and olive oil in pan over medium-high heat and pan fry for 3-4 minutes on each side. Serve warm with a fresh squeeze of lemon and enjoy.
Notes
Can be kept in an air tight container, in the fridge, up to 3 days.
May be frozen, cooked, for up to 3 months.
Reheat by microwave or panfrying for 3 minutes on each side.
