This 30 minute recipe is one of my favorites and is the ultimate crowd pleaser!

Ingredients
10ozdried Pasta
2cupsChicken Breastgrilled/precooked and cubed
½tspSalt
¼tspPepper
1cupMayo
⅓cupshredded Parmesan Cheese
2tbsOlive Oil
½tspGarlic Powder
2tspWorcestershire
1tbsLemon Juice
1tbsDijon Mustard
1 ½cupRomain Heartschopped
2tspAnchovy Pasteoptional
Instructions
Cook pasta according to box directions. Drain and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the salt, pepper, mayo, olive oil, shredded parmesan, garlic powder, Worcestershire, lemon juice, Dijon mustard and anchovy paste. Cream until smooth and well incorporated.
In an extra-large mixing bowl, toss chicken cubes, romaine and pasta in the Caesar dressing until thoroughly coated. Garnish with bread crumbs and parmesan as desired.
Notes
Can be refrigerated for up to 4 days.
May be served warm or cold.
Reheat by microwave in 30 second intervals.
