Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375F and grease a mini muffin tin.
Take a wonton wrapper and fill the cavity of the muffin tin, making a cup shape. It’s easy to pinch the wrapper from the corners and then smooth the folds when in the cavity.
Bake for 5-6 minutes or until the edges have just begun to brown. Set aside to cool when done.
In a large bowl combine the Campbell's® Cream of Chicken Soup , chopped chicken, blue cheese, white cheddar, buffalo sauce and softened cream cheese. Stir to combine.
Scoop a table spoon amount into each cup until all the cups are filled.
Bake for another 5 minutes. The edges will be golden and the filling bubbly.
Garnish with bleu cheese and chives as desired, then serve warm or room temp.
Notes
Buffalo filling can be made 2 days prior to serving and kept refrigerated until used.
Can be kept in an air tight container, in the fridge, up to 2 days but the wrappers will soften so best eaten fresh.
