Ingredients

  • 1 10.5 oz can Campbell's® Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 2 cup Rotisserie Chicken chopped & shredded
  • cup Bleu Cheese Crumbles
  • 1 cup Sharp White Cheddar shredded
  • ½ cup Buffalo Hot Sauce
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 6 oz Wonton Wrappers ½ of a 12 oz package, square shaped
  • Optional Toppings: Blue Cheese Chives, Sour Cream, Shredded Chicken

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375F and grease a mini muffin tin.
  • Take a wonton wrapper and fill the cavity of the muffin tin, making a cup shape. It’s easy to pinch the wrapper from the corners and then smooth the folds when in the cavity.
  • Bake for 5-6 minutes or until the edges have just begun to brown. Set aside to cool when done.
  • In a large bowl combine the Campbell's® Cream of Chicken Soup
, chopped chicken, blue cheese, white cheddar, buffalo sauce and softened cream cheese. Stir to combine.
  • Scoop a table spoon amount into each cup until all the cups are filled.
  • Bake for another 5 minutes. The edges will be golden and the filling bubbly.
  • Garnish with bleu cheese and chives as desired, then serve warm or room temp.

Notes

Buffalo filling can be made 2 days prior to serving and kept refrigerated until used.
Can be kept in an air tight container, in the fridge, up to 2 days but the wrappers will soften so best eaten fresh.
