Air Fryer Cookies

These 3-4 Ingredient Cookie, is healthy and cooks up in about 10 minutes in the air fryer!
Servings 6 small cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 Large Banana ripe
  • ½ cup Quick Oats
  • ¼ cup Mini Chocolate Chips
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon optional

Instructions

  • In a bowl mash together the ripe banana, oats, cinnamon and chocolate chips.
  • Divide into 4 or 6 equal portions.
  • Place into air fryer basket, on a parchment circle and bake for 10-12 minutes at 350F.

Notes

Can be kept in an air tight container, at room temp, up to 2days
Best fresh but may also be rewarmed and enjoyed
