These easy muffins are not only tasty, but also healthy!

Ingredients

  • 1 C. rolled oats
  • 1 banana
  • 1 egg
  • ½ c. yogurt
  • 3-4 tbs. agave syrup or honey
  • ¾ tsp. baking powder
  • ¼ tsp. baking soda
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • tsp. salt
  • Toppings: chocolate chips, dried cranberries, raisins , or even nuts

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400F
  • In a blender, blend all ingredients except toppings until smooth
  • Grease muffin tin and pour mix
  • Mix in desired toppings in each individual circle (this is a perfect kids activity)
  • Top with more toppings
  • Bake for 15 minutes, or until toothpick comes out smooth
  • Enjoy!
