  • 1 Avocado thinly sliced
  • 4 slices Bread
  • 4 tbsp Hummus


  • Using a rolling pin or glass, flatten bread completely
  • Remove crusts if deisred
  • Spread hummus on bread making sure to add on ends for easy sealing
  • Fill with a couple thin slices
  • Roll and cut if desired
