BBQ Turkey Zucchini Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup grated drained zucchini
  • 1/3 cup grated onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F degrees
  2. Prepare vegetables, grate zucchini and drain
  3. Then grate onion and set aside.
  4. In a medium size bowl, whisk eggs. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  5. Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil and spoon 2” balls onto cookie sheet.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Top with BBQ sauce and enjoy!
