Ingredients

  • ¾ c. plain yogurt (Greek or regular)
  • ¼ c. cinammon applesauce
  • 1 tbs. honey
  • ¼ tsp. nutmeg

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix until smooth. Serve with pre-cut waffle sections or drizzled over waffles as a healthy alternative to syrup.
