Preheat your oven to 375 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Next, in a small bowl, mix together the Dijon mustard, honey, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
After that, roll out the crescent roll dough onto the parchment paper, and pinch together the seams to create one full sheet.
Next, use a silicone spatula to spread the mustard mixture onto the dough.
Then, sprinkle on half the cheese, top it with ham slices, and then add the remaining cheese on top. Add chopped spinach if desired
Next, tightly roll the dough from the long side, and place the seam side down.
Once that’s done, cut it into 1-inch slices, and place them on the parchment-lined cookie sheet.
Next, bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Lastly, top it off with parsley and serve. Alternatively, you can freeze them for up to 1 month in an airtight container.
