Homemade Chicken Meatballs

Make these tasty, juicy chicken meatballs in the oven in less 15 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 egg
  • ½ c. shredded Parmesan cheese
  • ½ c. chopped spinach (optional)
  • ½ c. panko bread crumbs
  • ½ tsp. garlic salt
  • ¼ tsp. salt or to taste
  • ½ tsp. onion powder
  • tsp. pepper or to taste

Instructions

Air Fryer Instructions

  • In a medium sized bowl, combine all ingredients until well incorporated 
  • Using a cookie scoop, scoop out mixture and form into balls 
  • Place several meatballs into the air fryer and cook at 370F for 6 minutes. Flip and brown for another 2-3 minutes 
  • Serve with spaghetti and red sauce, alfredo or even rice.

Baking Instructions

  • Preheat oven o 400F. Bake meatballs for 25 minutes or until internal temperature is 165F 
  • Serve with spaghetti and red sauce, alfredo or even rice.

Notes

  • Use a food thermometer to prevent overcooking 
  • Use a cookie scoop, it will make perfect sized meatballs!
  • If baking, add two tablespoons of olive oil to the mixture to prevent dryness
