- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 egg
- ½ c. shredded Parmesan cheese
- ½ c. chopped spinach (optional)
- ½ c. panko bread crumbs
- ½ tsp. garlic salt
- ¼ tsp. salt or to taste
- ½ tsp. onion powder
- ⅛ tsp. pepper or to taste
Air Fryer Instructions
In a medium sized bowl, combine all ingredients until well incorporated
Using a cookie scoop, scoop out mixture and form into balls
Place several meatballs into the air fryer and cook at 370F for 6 minutes. Flip and brown for another 2-3 minutes
Serve with spaghetti and red sauce, alfredo or even rice.
Baking Instructions
Preheat oven o 400F. Bake meatballs for 25 minutes or until internal temperature is 165F
Serve with spaghetti and red sauce, alfredo or even rice.
- Use a food thermometer to prevent overcooking
- Use a cookie scoop, it will make perfect sized meatballs!
- If baking, add two tablespoons of olive oil to the mixture to prevent dryness
