½cupdatespitted

2tablespoonsvanilla
6eggs
2cupsmilkor almond milk
2tablespoonscinnamon
1teaspoonnutmeg
¼cupbrown sugar Truvia
¼cuppecan pieces
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly spray 9x13 casserole dish.
Cube French bread into bite size pieces and place into prepared dish. Set aside.
In a food processor puree pitted dates, melted butter and vanilla.
Move date mixture into a mixing bowl and fold in the eggs and milk.
In a separate bowl, mix together the brown sugar truvia, the cinnamon and the nutmeg.
Stir in half of the cinnamon mix into the egg batter. Pour batter over cubed bread in the casserole dish, making sure bread is evenly soaked.
Top with remaining cinnamon mix and pecan pieces
Bake for 30-40 minutes and enjoy warm. Serve with fruit or favorite topping.
