Ingredients

Cottage Cheese Wrap

  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese
  • 2 Eggs
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder optional
  • teaspoon Black Pepper

Optional Fillings

  • 2-3 Cooked Chicken Tenderloins
  • 1 slice Cheese
  • 2 Slices Tomato
  • ¼ Avocado
  • 2 Lettuce Leaves

Instructions

  • Prepare a baking sheet with non-stick spray and parchment paper, making sure the parchment paper is slightly larger than the baking sheet for easy removal. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  • Blend cottage cheese, eggs and seasoning until smooth and pour onto prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes. Wrap should not be wet and she easily come up from the parchment paper.
  • Remove wrap from parchment and fill with toppings. Gently roll up the wrap using the top of the baked wrap as the outside of the wrap. The inside should be the underside of the baked wrap
