Air Fryer Cod

This air fryer cod is so tasty and simple. It will make your weekly menu for sure!

Ingredients

  • 6 oz Black Cod or Sablefish Filets
  • 3 tbs Sugar
  • ¼ cup Mirin
  • ¼ cup White Miso Paste

Instructions

  • In a small sauce pan, bring sake and mirin to a boil. Let boil for about 30 seconds. Turn heat to low and add miso paste and sugar.
  • Allow the marinade to cool down. In a container, add fish and marinade.
  • Marinade for at least one day, 2 days is even better
  • Air fry at 390F for 10-12 minutes. Let cool for a minute before removing from air fryer basket to prevent sticking.
  • Enjoy warm with veggies or rice.
