Complete Pancake Mix

Mini Chocolate Chips, Whipped Cream, Nutella, Pancake Syrup
Instructions
In a bowl combine the water and pancake mix, stirring until smooth.
Preheat a thoroughly greased griddle or pan over medium heat.
Fill squeeze bottle with pancake batter.
Squeeze small portions of batter into the heated pan and cook for 20-30 seconds on each side.
Transfer to bowl and garnish with favorite toppings. Serve hot.
