Ingredients
1ready-made pizza dough
1/3cupmarinara
6ouncessalami
6ouncespepperoni
½cupshredded mozzarella
1cupfresh greensspinach, chard, kale or greens mix
1teaspoonolive oil
¼teaspoongarlic powder
1tablespoongrated parmesan
Optional-Fresh herbs or cheese for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or non-stick spray.
Unroll pie crust and spread a layer of marinara.
Layer salami and pepperoni on top of the marinara base.
Next sprinkle mozzarella and your fresh greens.
Carefully roll up the dough horizontally placing the Stromboli seam down on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush the olive oil along the top and sprinkle with garlic powder and parmesan.
Bake for 20-22 minutes and enjoy.
Recipe Notes
Can be frozen for up to 3 months. Just place into oven at 400 degrees F and bake like normal. Store in an airtight container on in fridge for a up to 3 days.
