Summertime Snacks Board

This is an easy idea inspiration board to make your kids' snack board a little more festive

Ingredients

  • 10 oz Plain Greek Yogurt for the dip
  • 3 tablespoon Ranch Seasoning mix for the dip
  • 2-3 Pints of Fruits Strawberries, Blue Berries
  • 1 Bag of Festive Tortilla Chips
  • 1 6ct. Bag of Baby Bell Cheeses
  • 2-3 Vegetables Cucumber, Baby Tomatoes, Baby Carrots
  • 1 Pack of Festive Cookies
  • 1 Package of Festive Chocolate Covered Pretzels

Instructions

  • Large Board or Tray
  • Various Bowls of Different Shapes and Sizes
  • Spreaders and/0r Spoons/Forks
  • Fun Holiday Garnish (e.g. small stars, bells, beads, confetti)
  • Directions
  • Start by preparing the produce by cutting out a festive shape, like a star, with a cookie cutter or cutting into bite size pieces. Press down and it the shape doesn’t come clean you can use a small paring knife to help loosen the shape.
  • Combine the Greek yogurt and ranch seasoning to make the dip and then transfer to
  • Place the biggest items on the board to create anchor points. This would be mostly the dip and chips.
  • Next assemble and add the dips/spreads to the board. It is suggested to use shallow and small bowls, along with a spreader.
  • Now is the time to add the additional ingredients along the board evenly.

Notes

-A standard size charcuterie board is around 9x13 inches
-Can be made a day ahead of serving, except the chips, as they will soften in the fridge.
-Wrap air tight with plastic wrap until ready to serve.
-The perfect board is imperfect, so feel free to play around with shapes and positions until the final snack board looks right to you.
-Food may only be left out for 4 HOURS.
