I like to think dipping is my kids' favorite sport. From the time they were young they loved dipping everything in anything. Their fingers in yogurt, and eventually fries in ketchup. Dips are a great way to get your kids to try different veggies. It makes a bland vegetable that much tastier. I know some of you have some dairy allergies or are vegan and so I created this vegan veggie dip that involves a few ingredients and a press of a button! With just a few ingredients, you’re on your way to making this nondairy veggie dip. Do you have some crudités? That's just a perfect blend to help you push down your tasty veggie dip.
This vegan ranch dip is so delicious, you won't be able to resist the taste. Guess what? It’s super simple to make too. You'll want to gather all of your ingredients.
Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender, and mix until well-combined. Adjust seasoning to taste and serve with crudites, on salads or drizzled on roasted veggies. The avocado is optional but it really does bring out the flavor and also packs a great deal of nutrients!
Ingredients
- ½ cup Califia Farms Plain Yogurt
- ½ cup vegan mayo
- 3 tbsp vegan cream cheese or sour cream
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- ¾ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp black pepper
- ½ tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh dill
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp fresh chives
- 1 tbsp green onion green part only
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender, and mix until well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste and serve with crudite, on salads or drizzled on roasted veggies.
